App Terms of Service

Welcome to Zixzo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zixzo mobile application (“App”), provided by Zixzo Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

  1. Use of the App

Zixzo allows you to store photos, personal notes, contacts, and links securely on your device. The App’s functionality is designed to disguise this storage behind a calculator interface, which can be accessed using a passcode.

a. License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

b. Restrictions: You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not exploit the App in any unauthorized way, including but not limited to, trespassing or burdening network capacity.

  1. Your Account

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zixzo Limited and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

  1. User Content

The App allows you to store and manage personal content (“User Content”). You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. You are responsible for protecting those rights.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
